Dunedin Sales & Lettings is a residential estate agency located in Rubery, South Birmingham, B45. We specialize in letting, selling, and property management. Our office can be found on Rubery High Street.

Sadie Grant

Sadie joined the team in 2019 with over 25 year’s experience in the residential sales industry, Sadie’s role is to build new business within the company, Sadie can guide you on current market trends, property valuation and introduce you to mortgage advisors & solicitors who will help you with your selling or buying experience. Sadie was born in Rubery and has an abundance of knowledge in the local & surrounding areas.
When Sadie isn’t helping people in the world of selling houses she enjoys cooking at home with her partner, walking & socialising with her family and friends with glass of red wine (or two).
Nicola Hunt

Nikki joined our team as a Saturday viewing representative we soon realised this role was made for her, with Nikki’s bubbly personality and the want to help people find their dream home Nikki joined the dream team of lettings on a full time basis, we are lucky to have her here at Dunedin.
Nikki’s role involves arranging viewings for properties, negotiating lets and ensuring all the relevant documents and compliance are in place for moving day.
Outside of work Nikki enjoys spending time with her family.

Penny has a wealth of knowledge within the Lettings and estate agency industry working for another local agent prior to joining Dunedin, Penny has successfully managed her tasks in our Lettings department, reaching out to our customers and proactively addressing their queries with enthusiasm and professionalism.
When Penny isn’t looking after the office she enjoys time with her family and two dogs.
Hannah Hughes

Hannah joined the team in 2024 as our full-time sales negotiator, Hannah facilitates the sale of properties by working with our clients to understand their needs, guiding them through the buying or selling process, and negotiating terms that satisfy both parties.
Outside of Dunedin, Hannah enjoys travelling and spending time with friends.
Amy Talbot

Looks after our Lettings Property Management and is responsible for overseeing rental properties on behalf of landlords and tenants. This role includes managing tenant enquiries, maintenance, handling lease agreements, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Amy loves to travel as often as possible.

Kerry joined our team as a Saturday viewing representative, and her role has evolved into a full-time position here at Dunedin. Kerry’s responsibilities involve arranging viewings for properties and negotiating sales and lettings.

Maxine opened the Dunedin doors back in 2014 as a residential Lettings Agency. In 2019 the sales department was introduced to the business along with a company acquisition absorbing Wise Move, Rubery Estate Agents into Dunedin Sales & Lettings.
Maxine can advise you on property valuations, letting compliance, property and tenant demands and all other residential letting queries.
Outside of her busy role you can usually find Maxine in one of her local village pubs enjoying a glass of wine with friends and family, or spending time in the great outdoors
